We recently moved and chose this company because the reviews seemed good and they got back to us quickly to schedule a quote. A nice and professional gentleman came to our home to assess the move to get us an accurate quote. We scheduled with them weeks in advance.The day of the move, 3 gentleman scheduled for the move showed up late but got to work quickly. 2 guys seemed to be in good spirits and were professional and friendly, while one was visibly uninterested or motivated. While moving the fridge out, the storm door to our previous home was bent and cracked, and the front of fridge was severely dented. And apparently, a cover to the back of the fridge broke off, but instead of bringing it to our attention, they threw it away in the recycle for us to find later. Our kitchen table was broken during the move and is unusable and beyond repair.While unloading at the new residence the front entry was smashed by the fridge (which I know because I pulled wood splinters out of the back of the fridge)to the point where wood has splintered and chipped away. The only thing that was brought to our attention was the broken kitchen table.There is a claims process to get these damages corrected, which we have started, but I am not certain how long the process will take or if anything will come of it. If you choose to hire this company, buy the maximum insurance available and watch everything closely. I would not recommend this moving company. While they were friendly, I do not feel our belongings or homes were handled with care. And when multiple things were damaged, no one was honest in reporting them to us. Moving is stressful and I was confident that hiring movers would ease some of the stress, but it has instead caused more.

Motivated Movers is a professionally managed moving company. They were responsive to a quote request and maintained communication regarding the move. The team called on the morning of the move with an eta. Arrived on time and worked tirelessly u til the job was finished. Very careful with all the furniture both loading and unloading. Would absolutely use them again.

Karriem, Dom and Jalen were our movers and they were excellent! They showed up on time, were very friendly and helpful. Once we discussed what we wanted they went to work and completed everything in a very timely and professional manner. I would recommend Motivated Movers to anyone needing to hire movers!

This was the best experience with movers I have had. I can't say enough good things about my service! Jalen, Dom, and Vontrel were quick and careful with everything they did. When there was a slight hiccup, they immediately let me know about it and communicated clearly what they could do to fix the situation. They made what was estimated to be a 5-6 hour move to the third floor of an apartment building take only 4 hours. They were kind, attentive, and made the entire moving process as enjoyable as it could have been.Thank you so much!

I’ve used Motivated Movers two times now and both time had nothing but the best in service. These are very nice and hard working guys. They are on time and go above and beyond for the customer. I will definitely come back again for my next move. I would love to give a shout out for awesome customer service and a job well done on my move today to Seth and Levi both took excellent care of all my things and helped me settle into my new home. Motivated Movers did a fantastic job today. DJ, KJ, and Von provided excellent service and were able to knock it out safely and quickly. They also ensured that all my furniture was secured and wrapped to prevent any damage!

Wow, can't believe it's been 2 weeks since Eric, Reggie & Vaughn moved us from storing our household belongings in a large storage unit to our new home! Meant to leave a review sooner, as these 3 guys were wonderful at what they do! Just the same, here it is now! Highly recommend Motivated Movers & we found the overall cost reasonable, as well! Great company. Called me within 24 hours for my quote when I submitted for one online. Movers were quick and polite. They finished faster than their estimated time. Prices are reasonable especially given gas inflation. 100% will use them again for the next move

Everyone we dealt with was fantastic. From our initial meeting with Ben to the last box. Jr kept everything moving at a good pace. Landon, Levi and Reggie were careful with delicate items and willing to do anything asked of them. All were professional, thoughtful and respectful. Would use again and recommend to anyone.

Motivated Movers did a phenomenal job working through a very hot and trying day to ensure that all my boxes and furniture made it to my new home in a timely manner. With the exception of some damage due to transit and sustained to the new home I wouldn’t give this team anything less than 5 stars and would most definitely use this company again.

Justin & his crew… AMAZING!!! Showed up on time with GREAT attitudes! They worked hard ALL day through to the end of the day! And still had great attitudes as the trucks were pulling away. This move was strenuous! Up & down 2-3 flights of stairs and a steep driveway! They kept it moving all day though! I would highly recommend Motivated Movers. I had inquired with PODS, due to the logistics of the dates and times of my move, however, Motivated Movers had the option of storing in their warehouse or to leave it in the truck, since it was going to be delivered to my new location just two days later. So much more less expensive to do it that way. Also, I was given a quote, but it ended up being less because it didn’t take them as long as originally planned! That was a welcome surprise! I will be using Motivated Movers for my next move & my realtor will be promoting this business as well because I kept telling her how impressive the team was! WAY TO GO!
