Great atmosphere. Teachers are positive and encouraging. Classes available at all levels of ability. Personal training at a good price and flexible to meet current needs.

I have been a member for twenty years. My job requires travel and I have seen many other fitness centers and gyms. I always look forward to coming home. The staff has been professional, warm and welcoming. Newcomers are always welcomed not just by the staff but also by other members.

I have been coming to the Madison Wellness Center for 10+years and ALL the staff goes above and beyond for their patrons. Facility is clean and supplied with items patrons would need for their workout. At any time you can ask the staff a question regarding a machine or exercise and they are willing to share their knowledge. Madison Wellness Center is truly an asset to our community.

I started working out at the Wellness Center 3 years ago and I’m hooked. The staff is truly amazing! They always greet me by name, are quick to answer my questions, and make me feel valued.

Wonderful gym! I especially love the pool, sauna, steam room, and whirlpool. Awesome, hardworking staff here as well. Everyone is so nice.

What a great fitness center - Huntsville Hospital Wellness Center Jones Valley! The excellent customer service begins when you walk in the front door and are greeted by the consistent warm smile of Patricia Simmons. Every, and I mean each and every time I enter the building and on my way out . . . she welcomes me and bids me farewell in such a caring manner. Thank you for all you do! It matters. And kudos to another kind and friendly face, Rita Edwards. She works so hard to maintain a clean facility, mopping and scrubbing the floors and sauna every day - never too busy to offer a smile and nod. I appreciate you. ❤️

The gym overall is ok but I tried to cancel 8 September 2021. The gym temporarily closed due to Covid-19. Went online to cancel the family which is 3 adults and thought everything was fine. Since no email acknowledgment my husband brought the cancel form in by sept 21 they had reopened. Then Oct 2 and Nov2 I get drafted for 1 adult. When I called and spoke to the staff 1 person wouldn’t acknowledge it was a mistake and the other person the supervisor did acknowledge but couldn’t credit me. Advised another person in corporate would have to handle the credit I was given a Stephanie who I have called twice So we have no return phone call from her. This is horrible customer service. It’s not that complicated and from what I understand members were not charged for October. It use to be a return phone call was done to say I am working on it

Love the gym, the wide variety of classes to choose from, and their daycare. I only wish the daycare was open more.
