I always come here for my paint. They know what they're doing and the know about paint. Last time they were closed I waS forced to go to ace where the newest person who knew nothing about paint sold me Interior paint instead of exterior even though I gave him the old can from madison flooring. ? I'm done with these quick shop s for paint.

Attempted to get a brand recommendation on LVP at 20mil thickness and was told repeatedly (3x) while on the phone that she could not give me one since they carry so many. I narrowed my request to mid-grade and mid-price. Again, same answer. So I asked why they couldn't recommend any product that they carry. Same answer. I had some brands that they carry in mind but wasn't partial anything specific as this was for an investment property. I was ready to place an order for 1500sqft that day. Went elsewhere after receiving much better customer service from a local competitor.

I have always had a great experience at Madison Flooring. I haven't contracted with them for any work, but I walk in from time to time for home projects. The customer service and advice has always been top notch. It's so nice not having to fight for a parking spot at Lowe's and then stand in a checkout line for 10min. Don't let the bad reviews on here discourage you. Give Madison Flooring a shot. Places like this are disappearing every day and we'll miss the convenience once they're gone.

High quality selection. If you need to color match paint to brick, bring a few brick samples and pictures of brick in sunlight and shade. Their color match machine has difficulties matching to brick bc of texture and uneven color distribution, and I believe they don't refund mixed paint if you get it wrong.

I've only gone here for Benjamin Moore paint, but the guys are super friendly and patient. I've been here multiple times with my children who love looking at flooring samples while we waited for our paint. And they carried it out to my car for me.The last time I went in was because adhesive pulled the paint up off a wall in my home that was painted by the previous owners. I took a paint chip off my wall and they were able to match it amazingly! I was mentally preparing to have to repaint the whole wall or even the whole room, but I didn't! Simple touch up and no one is any the wiser.

My 10-year-old son and I were not allowed into the store today. We both had masks on but because "kids touch things" we were told to leave. I had hoped to spend my cash in my community, but discriminating against single parents is not acceptable. Discriminating against well behaved tweens is not acceptable. I hope they stay healthy with the virus, but when you are in the customer service industry, you need to actually provide service. If you are so afraid of catching something because a child touched it, maybe you should hire someone that doesn't live in fear to work the front door.
