Usually well stocked and good variety, but they have lots of expired items. In the past two weeks alone, I have found (and put back) expired dates, Velveeta mac n cheese, and cookies. The mac n cheese's best by date was in October! Product rotation needs serious work.

0 stars if I could for pickup order.I typically have Instacart delivery but decided to try store drive up. I ordered about 11am and requested drive up for 530pm. Got a call at 4pm, missed it, called back immediately, spoke to a young man who just said, "This is Kroger calling to tell you we'll call and tell you when your pickup is ready." Okay?Then at 5:30, I get the notification in the app the order is ready and I alert the store that I'll head that way. I then get a phone call a few minutes after me responding to the ready alert that I was on the way: "I saw you said you're headed this way but the order isn't ready yet." I said, "Okay, I put in 5:30pm pickup preference when I did my order this morning and I live about 35 minutes away. Can you give me an estimated time on when it'll be ready?" (Why was I - the customer - having to probe for a timeframe?) The young man said "an HOUR AND A HALF". That means it should be ready at 7pm.Again, my order was put in at 11am and should've been ready at 5:30pm, when 7pm rolls around, I still haven't heard from the store and my app still says the order has been shopped, awaiting pickup by me. I call the store and the autosystem takes me to a manager line - no manager picks up and many rings later, I get transferred to the pickup department line. Guess what? No one answers.Finally, I end up calling Customer Care, explaining what happened and requesting them to cancel the order. The pickup time frame is now too late and this is inconvenient and not doable.First and last time trying drive up/pick up at this Kroger. I'll keep to my Instacart deliveries and shop in person or drive-up pick-up at Publix.

Please dot go here. The agents have no clue. They expected me to stay up till midnight to get a order. Then they did a refund on my ebt card for $3.50. Then the rest of the refund of $40.00 they decided to lie. They could put $3 back on my food card but not the $40 and said it will take 30 days. I have got refunds that might not take 2 hours but they said I had to wait 30 days. Also their food is not good. One item had spoiled. Please if you want good food do not go there. No one knows what they are doing.

Don't checkout near closing time! I did, with a full $500 cart, and even with dozens of employees around, I was told that no cashiers were available and directed to self-checkout. The self-checkout systems with a belt are ao glitchy and temperamental that it required intervention from an employee a dozen times to get it working again, and another 20 times to clear the items at the end. A 5m checkout took over half an hour because of all this, with annoyed store employees resentfully staring at me the whole time because it was taking so long! At the end a manager rudely let me know that she couldn't wait until I'd left the store because her employees 'were all already clocked out', as if it was my fault that it was taking so long. Huh? I said that I wanted to go home too and didn't appreciate having to use their terrible slow self-checkout with that big of a load, especially with all these available employees apparently standing around and unable to leave.If I wanted that kind of experience I would have just shopped at Walmart!

The worst service ever, I didn't get most of my order and they won't refund me. I try to talk to them but they should hire Americans not some people from Indonesia. They say they give refunds but they ghosted me and I never got one. I am warning you not to order for delivery, you probably won't get it.

Clean store. Easy parking. Lots of holiday items. Full service Starbucks inside, that lets you order ahead.Sushi bar. Many flower and plant options.

I don't know maybe it's me, butni am tired of going in here and not spoken to. First time I was in line and was polite saying hello the gentleman who had just been very chatty to the woman in front of me I get looked at like I'm the devil and ignored the whole time.....then tonight I go I to self check out and the machine needed them for some reason I flat out am ignored until I have to yell for them to please help which he begrudgingly gets off his phone

This Kroger is habitually out of stock for even the most basic items. Not to mention they reorganized the floor and provided little direction for several weeks. I watched people wander around back and forth looking for what they needed. Not sure if this is management or what but I really hate that this is the closest Kroger to me.

There is always a delay for grocery pick up. The latest delay was 3 hours. Staff just stated they are short staffed & store being remodeled. Since this is an ongoing issue, then maybe take away some pick up slots accommodate the staff you do have. Also, I did have to cancel my order one time because I couldn’t pick up at the new time I was given. It took 10 days to be refunded back. So 10 days I had to go without groceries. My card should not even be charged until I pick my groceries up.

Lay out of store is rather odd. Shelves not stocked, stuff in the isle, frosted over frozen items. Overall not clean at all. Got ready to check out and went to counter with light "on" a Kroger Employee walked by and said " dat isle is closed" I replied "why is light on"? she said 'Dat don't mean nuttn'" Terrible experience in this store. Publix or any other grocery store has nothing to worry about with competition from this Kroger. Don't waste your time!

Is it worth my time to save a few dollars waiting on an attendant to reset a pos self-checkout register every time it freezes up? The answer is no. I just left my bags at kroger on Wall Triana and went around the corner to Publix. To know I won't be waiting for the one lady running her *$$ off is worth the difference in price. I'll think twice before I ever step foot in another kroger again.

The lady working in the florist department is atrocious. Very hateful and rude. I don't understand why she works with flowers and is so ugly to customers.
