The pharmacy technicians I have dealt with here have been great. When I was first prescribed Testosterone, the very kind technician walked me through the process of injecting it myself. It is intimidating. However it is clear the Kroger Pharmacy/Pharmacist doesn't care all that much about the health and safety of their customers or the public. They will not sell syringes to their customers without an explicit prescription. The person I spoke with acted as if this was an FDA rule, which it is very much not. I have a prescription for a drug that requires intramuscular injection. They determined I should not have run out of syringes yet, and as such they couldn't sell me any more.I had to go to Walmart, where they will gladly sell you the syringes. There is NO downside to selling someone syringes. Providing safe and unused syringes prevents the spread of preventable disease. It is a public safety issue. Not to mention the syringes prescribed to me aren't even those commonly used by drug users. Since that is obviously their concern, you would think they would be fine selling them to me. I am unsure if this is company policy, or a rule of the Pharmacist currently working. But I am sure there is no law preventing them from selling them. It is an issue where someone behind the counter has decided to morally police their customers.

Very poor service. I was being checked out and when I told the cashier she rang something in twice she dismissed me and assumed I was talking about the discount. So I waiting until the total like she said, to point out that she had charged me twice. The cashier then wanted me to go to customer service to get it fixed instead of fixing it when it happened. Thankfully the bagger told her to go shards and complete the return and gave her instructions on how to do it. This issue is after I received the wrong delivery and had to wait a week for my refund. No hard feelings but I am done shopping here.

Worst Kroger pharmacy I have used. Consistently late with getting prescription refilled. Staff is always overworked and pharmacy hours not consistent with what is said online. Store managers should be ashamed at how this pharmacy is run.

This location is a disgrace to Krogers everywhere. None of the Huntsville area locations are worth visiting. Customer service is nonexistent, self-checkout lanes are set to be suspicious of every customer and constantly lock up, self-checkout touch screens aren't worth the plastic and copper they are made of, and staff would rather stop carrying an item than deal with having to shelve it. I felt better served at the last Walmart I visited than in this horrendous place. Management has been notified many times of their issues and has utterly failed to respond or take ownership of the problems. If it went out of business and any other grocery store took the location, it would be an improvement.

I just called kroger headquarters to let them know about this store. Doubt anything will happen but we shall see. I was informed by a PAIGE that everything I needed would be available at 430. I arrived and was told I could not pick up anything until tommorow and the 15th after explicitly asking if I could pick up everything today. Cost me $20 in gas and 2 hrs of my time. This store is trash

I have been a regular at this Kroger pharmacy since it opened. I have consistently had bad experiences with the pharmacy. The pharmacist assistants are not trained properly and have poor attitudes. No head pharmacist has ever even looked up said hello or even smiled. The customer service is awful. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. It appears from the amount of other reviews along with the timeline nothing will ever be done about it.

Wish I could give zero stars. My doctor called in my high blood pressure medicine on Wednesday around 11am the Kroger app said it would be ready on Thursday at 4:40pm. I get there around 6pm only to be told they don’t have anything showing up for me. Then I showed my app on my phone only to be told that was incorrect they had to order it and won’t be in until tomorrow (Friday) after 3:30pm. I’ve been out for a day already now will be two days. I just moved here from out of state and no more refills. Why didn’t the pharmacy call me? Why didn’t they check any of the other Kroger stores around this area. It’s not far to drive to Decatur or Huntsville. I feel they dropped the ball and instead of admitting their mistake they give me a lousy excuse.

If you like dealing with incompetent staff and waiting around 24 hours for your prescription this is the place for you! Also, note, if your doctor leaves your refill on their voicemail you’ll need to call multiple times for them to even check it. More than likely they won’t answer and you’ll need to drive down there to tell them to check their voicemail. Then they’ll tell you to come back in a few hours just for them to say check back the next day! Fabulous establishment. ???

I called a week ago to get them to request a prescription from another pharmacy (my doctor sent the med to the wrong pharmacy). They confirmed the request, but didn’t tell me it took 24-48 hours for that type of request. They told me about the 24-48 hour wait after I called later to see if it was ready. Now, a week later, I just called back. They said they don’t have it and they can’t fill it because they can only transfer prescriptions that have already been filled once at the initial pharmacy. They never contacted me or never once told me they wouldn’t be able to fill the prescription. I’ve been waiting for a week for a prescription they won’t fill. This plus the fact that they often take weeks to get my prescriptions in stock are the reasons I will no longer be using this pharmacy.

Extremely rude staff. They did not receive my prescription from my doctor. So I tried to confirm with them what their fax number was, and all the lady would tell me is 'We do not give that information out'. My doctor only sends fax prescriptions. It is ridiculous the protocol I have to go through just to make sure a pharmacy has received my prescription in the format they want it and exactly how they expect to read it. Such a hassle. Its like I have to be a supervisor just to get simple medication. Looks like I'll be taking my business somewhere where they can make it easy on me.

They are working so hard in this pharmacy, but they took some time today to help us figure out our insurance. They saved us money while making us feel heard and cared for. I’m so glad we get all of our prescriptions through them. Because of COVID, they’ve been short-staffed a few times, which means it has taken a little longer to get our prescriptions. However, I’d rather it take a little longer because that means they’re taking the time to make sure there aren’t any mistakes or problems.
