Went to the sephora in there and the store was empty with 2 customers including myself, 3 employees working and i still didn’t get any assistance. The woman who had the keys continued to make small talk with customers knowing i was waiting patiently on her. I was asked to wait by an employee but that same employee wasn’t doing anything and decided to grab the keys from the lady talking when she realized it would take forever. (which is what she should’ve done to begin with) When i finally got my items the employees were organizing something and telling each other to check me out but no one moved a muscle to do so. So i walked out. Just go to the sephora at bridge street, they have way more products too.

Lots of sales and deals. Recent store visit experience was great. Returns was quick even though there was a line with about 10 people. Returns person was pleasant and very precise with instructions.

Men's department has dwindled into nothing but business casual and formal wear. Mens shoes have also been significantly reduced. Prices aren't as good as they historically have been. It was also mice to occasionally pick up something useful on the clearance rack but that's largely gone too. Women's everything takes up over 60% of the store. Basically Kohl's is doing the same thing to men many other clothing stores have done in years past and that's getting rid of it.

Always have a good experience and have never been dissatisfied as of yet. prices are very good.... and when purchased a new coffee maker, at the counter the cashier told me online was a better discount, which was great.
