He was prompt for our appointment, came prepared with all necessary information and samples or pictures.We discussed all of our options, costs, any possible issues, and designAndy looked at our current master bathroom and asked us what we wanted, he gave suggestions but never pushed anything. He was positive but not aggressive in his approach, very professional.After we had decided on what we wanted, we completely paperwork and were given copies immediately. He measured everything again, made a drawing and we confirmed via recording exactly what had been agreed to.. I loved this because there's no chance for miscommunication.He gave a start time frame and told us what the completion time would be.It is a very thorough process and we are very pleased.”
