“They have a great selection of back backstock titles, as well as current titles, and they even have an RPG game selection, as well as novelties and some other things. They’re more than happy to spend a long time talking to you about your likes and dislikes, but they’re also happy to just talk to you even if you don’t buy anything, which is refreshing. They’re always happy to order something for you, too, at no extra cost, if they don’t happen to have it in stock, or don’t usually carry it. Very highly recommended, very good service, and they treat all patrons with dignity, even we geek girls. Definitely no harassment here unlike some places.”

He was so kind and seemed genuinely interested in the crafts I started working on. He even complimented the fabric I bought. “This review is not related to the customer service I received, because they were gracious and kind, even though they were super busy. This is related to a seasonal product. If I can rescue one person from buying the Canadian Pine Garland by Ashland, my work will be done. It was on sale for $3.39 (regular price $5.99). This a very poor quality garland; it’s not worth the sale price. Go with a better quality garland unless you don’t want it for another reason or season.”

“I frequent this store and find the atmosphere and staff to be friendly, inviting, and helpful. The owner, Shanna, is literally the sweetest woman in this state! The environment is kid and family friendly! I would not feel uncomfortable bringing my children here or having my mother join me for a game of cards!”
