I had a 10:00 am appointment and I got there 2 hours early. They made me wait 3 hours and give me a door and did nothing for an hour and they left for lunch. The load I had was about 12-15 palettes. They are lazy and sluggish. I wouldn't come again.

Excellent Staff, and Professional, Was 3 hrs late due to prior delivery delay. Got me in, Friday Afternoon ( closed weekends). Clock was maxed, " NP, just park in staging area overnight). Couldn't ask for More!.. Thank You Gentlemen!.. most accommodating!..

Been calling this place to confirm the delivery appointment, they responded at 1st and hung up on me. I kept trying but they would just pick up and hang up the exact second.

decent place to deliver....spots for about 5 trucks in the parking lot...I layer up behind the local walmart the night before my delivery....some delay getting usda paperwork from shipper for the reciever but fast enough after that...about 3 hrs total for half a tlr of frozen meat...everyone was polite..

I can’t give them before I would’ve given them a five. I was actually Lee my shipper took forever I was supposed to be here at 11 got here at 10 till noon. Nice gentleman over the phone called me and said hey go ahead and back in to the door open your doors I said OK. I then walked in assuming to bring the paperwork in gentleman called out to me I said yes I am not Load. I handed in the paperwork he said we were going to lunch I looked at him puzzle but not in my head OK it wasn’t a half hour it was an hour lunch they left my doors open the whole time. This industry struggles with communication and efficiency this is a prime example. I had to go in and print out the office they started unloading my trailer 10 minutes later they acted like this is normal. My temperature was a 0° loadAppreciate they got me in here quick

Showed up a day early, Couldn’t get unloaded till the following day. Has over night parking but no restrooms. Got woke up at 0630 for my 1100 am appt, and went straight into a door. Was unloaded within an hr.

I worked there in 1982 as a forklift/warehouse worker and was let go after I was move up to delivery/truck driver and returned to the warehouse with 92% of my load undelivered due to no training or run-through of the route….but that’s ok….LOL…crap happens. It was a great place to work with outstanding benefits and pay. My lifelong friend Steve Duren worked there for 35 years….it was obviously a great place to work

They take 4-5 hrs for unloading ... overnight parking outside stage area for OTR ...

they have 8 ovenite parking spots, due to the virus -park then walk up to intercom they'll come get ur Bill's n give a door got a lumper service too. when done they give u receipt for lumper n tell u where to get ur bills
