Randomly this location is closed all week open on weekends, sometimes it's open on a weekday and not on weekends. Really annoying when they can't be bothered to turn off the sign. Hand written notes in the window constantly changing thier syore hours. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Love Kayla. She is the best. I finally found the one who can do my hair the way i've always hoped for. She too is very courteous and her hands are so light. Please keep this location open. Great when they are open, but wildly inconsistent with their hours. You can just never count on them being here when they say they will be. Changes daily it seems like.

Horrendous service along with sickening haircuts. I showed them a picture and described what type of haircut I wanted. The results were so poor that I will never go to any over there establishments ever again. If you wish to keep your sanity ne'er rely on this abomination of a so called "great" franchise.
