Won’t be returning here. I’ll begin with the fact that I had to prompt a thank you from the clerk who served me, by telling her she’s welcome, for the big price I paid.
I had 13 pieces that the clerk wouldn’t price at drop off. When I returned I had a bill of $60.50. I’m a transplant to the area from Michigan and I was shocked by the pricing, particularly $7.75 each to launder and press khakis.
I’ll find a more reasonably price cleaners in the future that has staff that shows proper appreciation of customers.

It's one things when your not happy with the high prices at this facility but it's another thing for a staff member to tell you maybe you shouldn't come back since you aren't happy!?!? Sir I know how to take my money else where Om new ro the area and had to search for another company cleaner's and allowed them to complete this last order. You would have thought I was irrate the way he was acting. If your black stay away from here. Our dollars are not wanted..

The girl that used to work the morning shift for the last couple years was fabulous. She is no longer there and the person that took her place is incredibly rude. I think I will try another dry cleaning service

I absolutely love this place. Mike is fantastic and hardworking. I had a large comforter to be cleaned. It was ready a day early and was so soft and clean. I love the drive through option here. I highly recommend this cleaner. They are wonderful, nice, and trustworthy.

I don't need to use a cleaners very much since I'm now retired and only need to have bedspreads, drapes and an occasional coat or suit cleaned. When I pulled in to leave my very expensive white comforter, dust ruffle, pillow shams, draperies and valances, I discovered new people from those who were working there earlier. I was a more than a little skeptical when they told me they had been there about 2 years, but I left the items anyway and hoped for the best. When I took all the pieces out, I was delighted to discover that the quality of work was outstanding, there was no shrinkage or damage of any kind. Cleaning prices are high every place, but quality cleaning is not guaranteed and I considered this to be a bargain when my property is returned to me in mint condition. It is very convenient to pull into the carport and have my items placed in my vehicle, the ticket brought to my window to be paid, and being treated in a courteous, professional manner.

No stars. They damaged 3 of my shirts and claimed they were not responsible. There were 2 that had holes in the sleeves. They claimed it was wear and tear from sitting at a desk. The shirts did not have holes in them before I took them to the cleaners. I will obviously never use them again.
