I scheduled an appointment through the website for 1:30 pm on 11/19/2023 I got to Firestone to only be told that they did not have an appointment scheduled for me, and the first available appointment would be Friday, 5 days later. I had an email confirmation so I was a bit confused because i did not receive a follow up email telling me the appointment was canceled. Why offer the scheduling system if the store will cancel with no notice. The guy at the front desk was able to pull up my request for an appointment, so clearly the can see pending appointments. If they can see this why wouldn't they call or email informing customers that the appointments are not available? This location continues to offer terrible customer service I would NEVER use them again. I also recommend for people to stay away from this location.

They take good care of my little car. I never feel over charged and they work quickly to get me in and out!

Good experience with Firestone on J. E. Briscoe Way.These guys take pride in their jobs.Derek got me in real quick when I had a breakdown due to a busted radiator.They updated me during the repair and at checkout Andrew was very helpful explaining what was done and why.It’s hard to find good honest folks these days and I am glad to have found this shop. They are Top Notch!!!!

Andrew was great!! We got a flat tire on our way through going to vacation and Andrew did everything he could to get us back on the road!Would very much recommend!

My car came out with engine light on. How the hell did that happen ?? All I needed was an oil change. My car had no issues. Was someone trying to make some money off my warranty ? Whatever you all did to my cost, cost me $$ to fix after I had to take it to the dealership. I really should have pursued legal action against you crooked people.

Good service at a reasonable price.I left a note in the comment section when I booked my appointment saying I would bring my own oil and filter. I’ve done this everywhere else I’ve ever had my oil changed. When I get to my appointment I am told they cannot use the oil and filter I brought, which is fine, but I don’t understand why whoever confirmed my appointment did not reach out to let me know that.

Excellent and fast service. Professional crew. They put the dealership to shame. I will be coming here for alignments and other work for the foreseeable future.

The great Firestone company doesn't even carry tire plugs anymore. That's because they wanna take your tire off and put a 90$ tube in when you can plug it for 6$.I'll never be back here.

I've tried 3 Firestones in Huntsville and everyone should be avoided..In North Florida I went for over 10 yrs to Firestone, because of the great service.Purchased tires with Firestone, so I have the lifetime rotate and balance.. I dropped the car off at 8,took them til 3pm . They didn't put air in the tires ,just wrote down 35 on all four.. Had pressures of 28,31,32, & 34. They broke off 2 lug cap covers,didn't tell me. And also lost 2 valve stem covers. Never going back to a Firestone.Also,@ the South Memorial Pkwy store broke a Tire Pressure Sensor off inside one of the tires and didn't tell me..I would give them zero stars if I could..

As a military family, we have used firestone for several decades. I made an appointment on the app, but upon arrival, I was told my car would not be serviced. My appointment was seen but not accepted. I have never had this issue in over a dozen states! When the app shows that an appointment is scheduled, the store has always honored it. Not here.

I scheuled an appointment with the call center for 7am on 4/12/2023 I got to Firestone to only be told very rudely by who i later found out was the store manager that they did not have an appointment scheduled for me. I had an email confirmation so I was a bit confused because i did not receive a follow up email telling me the appointment was canceled. This situation has happened a total of 4 different times to me wether i schedule online or get the call center they will automatically cancel the appointment. Why offer the scheduling system if the store will cancel with no notice. THIS IS THE MOST UNORGANIZED PROCESS I HAVE EVER SEEN.... The store manager was rude and not understanding whatsoever. My complaint was NEVER about them only having 1 technician I understood this as he REPEATEDLY told me his issue my problem is that HE never offered to schedule me I had to ask him to do this for me as I knew I still needed an appointment. I went to another firestone several hours later and watched as they called customers who scheduled online or with the call center with scheduling conflicts offer solutions a complete breath of fresh air!! If this is how JE Briscoe way continue to offer such terrible customer service I would NEVER use them again. I will also never recommend for anyone to use them.

I brought my van in for a flat tire, one of the lug nuts was stripped so they had to work extra hard to get that off and they replaced it for free, they didn't charge me for the extra labor either. They suggested I get the other tires replaced, and it wasn't just a sales tactic, I knew they were bad, so I decided to go ahead and get it done. They were busy and I was in a hurry, so neither one of us thought about road hazard insurance, which I had always bought because of constantly hitting nails for some reason. Anyway, on our way to church on Sunday, I hit something on the highway and it popped my tire. I had to plug it to get my family to church and back home. I brought my van into Firestone to get it plugged, and the employee behind the counter said that they couldn't plug it since I had used the plug kit (which is true, they can't pull those out). Long story short, the manager contacted me the next day, said they should have offered a deal to fix it, and did. The manager here is great and I would trust them with all my tire needs in the future. They could have told me to go pound sand, but instead they helped me out. Go see them, if you have an issue, talk to the manager, chances are he will help you out in one way or another.

I absolutely love this place. They won’t steer you in the wrong direction. Being a female I get that from other places, but here they will only do what needs to be done to your vehicle. They are the best and that’s why I keep coming back to them. I can’t recommend them enough!!Services: Brakes
