FedEx is the worst. Always have a delay saying business closed/person not home. When it's a lie and there's not even a need for a signature. Just drop my package off at my door. UPS and USPS is much better in everyway.

I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. You guys saved the day with communicating with me to ensure that my daughter received her Birthday presents in the mail. I wish I had the two gentlemen's names that helped, but thank you thank you thank you!
