Clearly these drivers CANNOT READ!!!!! My stuff gets put in front of my garage. I cannot move it due to back surgery not to mention it’s right out in the open for thieves. ON THE SHIPPING LABEL AND INSTRUCTIONS IT CLEARLY STATES TO PUT ON FROMT PORCH!!!!!! Hits hit or miss! At least UPS drivers can read and deliver it properly EVERY TIME!!!! Hopefully soon this place that several thousand people order from will DROP FEDEX AND GO WITH UPS FOR RELIABLE DELIVERIES!!!!! FedEx is just as bad as our towns postal service which is absolutely awful!!!!!!!!

Instruction on fedex return for Walmart says to show QR code to staff.Staff says they cannot scan QR code on a phone, says to go home and print it out and return.Day 2, I return with printed QR code.Staff says they can't scan QR code. Then proceeds to tell me to go to UPS and they will scan it and print it out for me. I thought this was crazy so I clarified, You are sending me to UPS to print out a FedEx label that you cannot print out? "Yes. "I called UPS before I drove all the way there and the UPS customer knew more about the process and said she had received multiple requests to print out fedex labels.So I went home and switched the return to USPS.

Every other shipping service has no issues delivering my packages to the right house. If anything comes from FedEx in Madison it goes to the wrong house and we have to file a claim. By wrong house we have no idea where the picture is taken at. Not a single house in our neighborhood looks remotely like the picture. I’m not sure if it’s even the same town. FedEx needs to get it together. We try to not even order if it’s coming FedEx. Apple has no other option though. Tom Hanks castaway….

Never again will I use FedEx. Twice in a row my package was a day late and FedEx claimed that they attempted delivery. I was home all day and even have a camera at the front door. The other time they said there was an accident and there wasn't. The drivers apparently lie and you can't get in touch with anyone to give accurate whereabouts. Then they dont return your money even with their guaranteeNever EVER again.

This FedEx ship center is completely useless. Refuse to take my packages even with a FedEx account number Fedex policy for maximum weight per package is 150 pounds, but not at this shift center apparently. unlike most every FedEx location that I’ve ever been to they cannot print a label from QR code or from barcode. Avoid at all costs. Worst customer service I have ever experienced from a FedEx ship center. I would give them negative stars if I could.

I would rate them 0.001 star if possible.They failed to deliver the package, then the driver apparently decided to make it for pickup only.They notified me of the change 15 min after the site closed, and after I made a 30 min drive to their location.Location closes at 3pm on Saturday. I was sent the message at 3:15pm it would be ready for pickup.I hope the person responsible for it stubs their toe every day until they retire.Imagine a manager that lets delivery drivers just not do their job.Zero help from customer service on the phone. They should be ashamed of how they conduct their business.Even more so because they quite literally have to drive down my road, and by my building to actually park their truck for the evening.

We went to the store on Production Ave in Madison and asked the ladies working if by chance they could find an envelope for us today, a Saturday instead of waiting for Monday delivery. They took the time to search through at least 4-5 bins and found it for us. They made our day and went above and beyond!

Kept attempting to deliver my package after I left for work and wouldn't leave it at the door. After 2 times, I called and was told I could go to the facility the next morning to pick it up. When I got there, they said the package was locked up and refused to give it to me ( I drove all the way there from another city for nothing). I had to ask my boss if I could come to work late just so I would be home to get this package. I really hope the employee that I dealt with at the shipping center only makes $2 an hour because all she did was check my tracking number and refuse to give me my package, and refused to help me set up a different delivery time. And was rude as hell.
