Continuously deliver ALL my packages to the wrong address. Tried to call customer service but they can't do anything without a tracking number although I explained this isn't regarding a particular order but ALL orders. Surely FedEx isn't this bad across the country or they wouldn't be in business. This one is awful.
Edit: the zombie apocalypse hit and they all work at fedex. This place is horrible.

A bit confusing, they had problems reading the printed return labels from companies on two different occasions. The staff were very helpful on both occasions and carts were available for very large packages. Handicap access needs work, the bush planted beside the sidewalk nearly blocks use of handicap ramp from parking... read full comment
