As a frequent customer of Empire Paint, you'll not find a more helpful, knowledgeable owner than Tom. He has guided me through many projects, helped when I should've done it different :), and gives the best advice on finishes, which paint to use and what to expect. He's my go-to Paint guy! And the paint, really is SUPERIOR to all of the other brands; I've tried, and covered, them all. There's so many options for the same price as the other stores.

Great place for expert advice on paint colors! I spent hours online looking for the perfect paint colors to provide to our contracted painters. Couldn’t decide on exactly the shade or what would be “cool” or “warm” colors. I went to this store, as suggested by the contractor, and was assisted by Tom. He was so helpful! I like going into a store and right away someone ask if they may assist you. I did not get that when I went to Lowe’s. Tom was awesome! He took the time to explain color tones, made suggestions on the rooms I was going to have painted, and was very polite. I took my time picking out the colors and Tom assisted the entire time providing his professional opinion. This is our go to paint store from now on! Thanks Tom!

Excellent service and outstanding paint. The paint costs more than some other brands, but it's well worth it in coverage and durability. The accessories (brushes, rollers, etc.) are competitively priced, too Highly recommended.

Went in to ask some questions, regarding painting the outside of our house.Dustin greeted us as we came in the door. He patiently answered my questions regarding the best paint for galvanized garage doors - that we have not been able to keep paint on. Then the best type of paint for the rest of the house, as it was all painted with oil.They did not have the paint we needed in stock, but it was coming in the next day. He took my order and my material to color match. Got our paint mixed and ready for us to pick up.Then I asked questions about painting a bathroom and he recommended a special bath and spa paint that handles the moisture. Excited about redoing my bathroom next.I will definitely be going back here. I have asked these same questions at a couple of other paint stores with limited success. He explained the products and why it was the best for the situation, rather than just telling me to use this, this, and this. Also, he told us about Command paint that allows us to use the same paint on the entire house.

I went to the store on 1/31 after having problems with some BM paint from another store. The owner was very helpful and recommended a product line that worked well for me. I highly recommend the store.
