They offer sports performance classes for kids. We sent our oldest there for a few years, and the results start to show after about 6 months. After a year, the transformation was amazing. He's fit and loves going to the classes.

This is the best gym you will ever find! Everyone that works there goes above and beyond to help you meet your goals. Everyone is so attentive and kind! You can tell they really care and motivate you to keep going. Everything you need is right there at the gym.

I have been going to this gym for 4-6 years! I joined ROAR last November and have never looked back. What a challenging, motivating, and fun class!
