“This was the first time I have ever been to The Smartphone Medics, and it will likely not be my last. The team was extremely welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable about what all they do. I had my phone screen and battery replaced, both of which have made me feel as though I once again have a brand new phone! On top of that, the service was completed in a timely manner, despite them having to work on other customers ahead of me. I am greatly appreciative of Austin, and the rest of the staff! “Mozaic AVI installed our 65 inch Samsung TV. They worked quietly & quickly. They even vacuumed the area afterwards. In addition, they gave me a quick course in how to use You Tube TV. I knew nothing about streaming. I needed a little help afterwards and the after care is amazing. I highly recommend Mozaic . Our viewing experience is greatly enhanced with our new TV and surround sound.”

“My dad died last week and I have been helping my mom get everything sorted. If you've never gone through this experience it is quite grueling, on top of being emotional, since there are just so many things to do you are completely at the mercy of each vendor to close everything out, it can be very very stressful. The rep we spoke to earlier in the week instructed we stop into a store as soon as we got dad's death certificate. So we did. However, this was apparently not the process we were supposed to follow. After helping us get customer service on the line again, Heather, the store manager, hearing how our conversation was going with this second service rep, sat with us and helped walk us through everything. When we hung up for the second time we still didn't have the issue resolved, so she called them again with us. After an hour + in the store, my mom was finally good to go. Now, I've been a Verizon customer since I was 16 years old and I stay with them for their customer service, but don't think I have ever had someone so invested in making sure we had the help we needed. I seriously cannot say thank you enough. The kindness and compassion she showed my mom and I, especially sitting with us through two (in store) calls to customer service, after they told us that they couldn't help, was unparalleled. Thank you, again, Heather.”

“Shopping today was a breeze. I was literally in the store for no more than 20 to 25 minutes. Made a purchase of a 50 inch TV and a TV stand. Got it loaded and was on my way. That's what i vall A-class service.”

It was hassle-free and they were very communicative and made sure I was happy before I left their store. “There's no overnight parking here but I still have four stars because of check in process wasnt hard friendly people unloaded with 2hours didn't leave trailer dirty or take the load locks the receiver inside the office was very friendly also definitely would come back”
