It's a ok place, mainly a drop off and go repair shop. There is no waiting room at all for adults, definitely not kids. The young man that checked my car was nice and polite informing & gave a quick diagnosis, but couldn't fix my car because I had my kids and no ride. Maybe another time.

Couldn’t be more pleased!! I’m from out of town, my car broke down and Earl’s was the closest place to have it towed. Michael was the repair man, he called me regularly as promised with updates on my car, I couldn’t believe how good they were at customer service! Had an engine removed and replaced on a 2012 VW Tiguan, the techs did not have a clue on how to remove the engine and caused me substantial additional cost. The additional cost incurred was because the techs damaged both control Arm bushings, installed a visibly cracked timing chain cover, broke the turbo water and oil lines, and broke a bolt off in the motor during install of the engine. The company did not take responsibility (No Integrity) for the damage they caused nor their failure to to properly install the engine oil and water lines.

This place was great, a little hard to find though. I brought my car in to find out what was wrong with it. I left my car with him and a few hours later he found out what was wrong. He told me he didn't have the tools to fix it, but gave me a recommendation for where to go. He ended up not charging me for just the diagnosis which was really nice. I'll definitely come here again.
