Deer decided to be a hood ornament. They took care of the repairs and paint matched perfectly. Got my car looking like new. Responded to calls and were really nice to work with.

Had the best experience possible! Was involved in a hit and run on a Friday evening, called Eagle Monday and they were able to see my vehicle that morning. They stated they had to order parts and by the following Monday I was dropping my car off for repairs and was picking it up by Wednesday afternoon. Only two days without my vehicle plus direct communication, accurate process description, and fair pricing. And to top it off they detailed my car inside and out! 10/10 would recommend. I can’t thank them enough for making a traumatic experience seem like it never occurred. Highly recommended!

My husband and I were very pleased with how diligent they were on the repair of our Toyota Rav 4 after an accident which was covered by State Farm. Calibrating on these new cars is so important after a repair and they were on it! They were thorough about every detail and it felt like a new car when they were done.

Great service and staff. This place is located away from town, but they do great work. I can't comment on the price or value because insurance covered it, but the repair was high quality, and the staff was easy to work with.
Their parking lot is kind of a mess, but everything inside was clean and organized. Would use again.

Everyone here took great care of me and my car. I came in needing a new windshield, fender well, and front bumper and they had me ready to go in a week. It was like driving a brand new car off the lot! You can tell everyone here takes pride in their work, and they made me feel very welcome. I will always recommend this location to everyone I know! Thank you guys for what yall do!!

Nick, Jeremy, Alita, and their entire team at Eagle Collision were a pleasure to work with us on our claim. The repair work they did was fantastic! For a few things we had to follow up with them on was met with excellent customer service and care.

Took my car in for front end to be repaired, they went all way around the car marking spots took my car apart showed things that had nothing to do with the deer repair so the insurance company totalled out my car. then if I wanted to keep the car as a salvage title I had to pay them to put my car back together. They only wanted to put it together if I paid the full amount that the insurance company was going to pay the insurance company paid me $6000 they wanted to charge me an extra $2093 more they would have to see what it would cost me for them to put it back together. You know that got paid to take it apart to file a claim I would check around before I took my car to them. I know they are in the business to make money but come on. I think you can be a little more honest than what your charging the customer and the insurance company's

I had my Alfa Romeo repaired here in Aug/Sept if 2023 referred through Geico. I'm not happy with the results of them replacing my hood or the paint job. Poor installation of hood and bad unfinished paint job which is rough in areas and not color not matching. Called them to make them aware of the issue, and they realigned the hood that still isn't aligned the way it should be per Alfa Romeo dealer. The paint does not match the car at all. They need to redo the paint and align my hood correctly, which they were paid to do. Please reach out to me to get this resolved. Thanks

This place did a great job taking care of getting my car fixed from the first phone call to set up an appointment all the way to picking up my repaired vehicle. They even worked with me to bring back my car so that a few areas could be adjusted after completion of repairs. I mostly dealt with Nick, who was outstanding.
