Noticed a nail in one of my rear tires, drove it straight over and they plugged it at no charge even though it was a Saturday and they were super busy. They were very professional and polite, I can’t recommend and thank them enough for helping me out. Hard to find that kind of service these days, and it was for free. They have earned my loyalty and business moving forward.

A huge thank you to Mr. Terrell, brought my car in. It’s been giving issues and I thought it was a dent wheel or something in the wheel.
Took it into a fire stone previously, and Tech said nothing was wrong. Today found out the wheel was dented. .

Excellent, fast, and professional service first thing on a Monday AM. Got my tire repaired, all 4 rotated & balanced, and out the door in less than 1hr. This location is my "go to" tire store from now on. Thanks guys!

I had my vehicle looked at by Discount Tire, in Madison Alabama last week because I need two tire sensors replaced. They did their walk around and checked all the tires and tire sensors. They informed me that I needed two tires. So, we discussed the tires and the tire sensors and they ordered me two new tires, they would be in on the 20th of May 2024. They said they would call when the tires came in. Here we are, on the 25th, no call. I call them and they have no record of me coming in. Unbelievable and not what I expected from Discount Tire. They just lost my business now and any future business. So, if you want your time wasted choose Discount Tire.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Best prices. They will patch your tire for free even if you didn't buy the tire there. Everyone else charges $31 and up

I don’t ever enjoy taking any of my cars to any shop. This guys however, top notch team. Very professional, knowledgeable about their services and products, really good service. Never try to up-sale on anything, do they take their time? Absolutely. I would recommend either scheduling or dropping your vehicle off. Worth every penny/second. Definitely recommend this place for any of your car needs.

This store was unable to special order and deliver a tire for me. They gave numerous conflicting answers to my inquiries. They failed to conduct business in a professional manner. I would never recommend them for your tire needs.
