Totally rude, I got there and the girl closed the window in my face stating that she was going to lunch. I came back in an hour and gave my prescription to her, the response was "we dont have that medication". Funny I told her because you called and said it was ready. I was told that they won't be getting it in the future either. This was Friday December 8th at 2:30pm. I went to walgreens right across the street and asked if they could help, the prescription was transferred there and they helped me out. I will be going to walgreens from now on.

Always avoid if you can.The lady at the photo booth is so rude. Went there for kids passport picture. It doesn't specify anywhere, but they don't do kids. Sounds weird

Pharmacist was rude and hateful. Not helpful at all. This was on a holiday and i guess he wasn't happy to be there.

Photo department here is awesome. Good service, knowledgeable, and friendly. I’m getting all my photos printed here from now on. Definitely recommend this location for passport photos.

never has my prescription ready by the time they say it will be done. everytime they say “oh it’s supposed to be ready but for some reason it didn’t go through” they do not do their jobs. they try to help by saying we can have it done in fifteen minutes but that does no good when it was supposed to be done before that day. i don’t have time to sit around waiting for something you were supposed to have done.

Instead of calling you when there’s an issue with your prescription they just won’t fill it until you call them and wait for 10 minutes for them to pick up. No they’re not even busy.

Rarely have to wait long, and pharmacy staff is very helpful. Store has self-checkout registered for fast shopping. Only deduction is that the inside of the store needs renovating.

Went in tonight and definitely calling the manager about it tomorrow. I went in with my two kids and the oldest wanted to get a gift card and pay by cash. Walked in and the only person working (two hours before close) was there when we walked in and vanished when it was time to check out. Not even a greeting. Literally 3 minutes in. The lady had dark hair and no manners at all. We looked for about 10-15 minutes to look for her. The only time she said anything to us was to yell at my kid to get down from a chair when she suddenly decided to show her face. She had closed down the registers and was reluctant to open one to she could purchase her item and restarted the self check out. She acted like we were the worst thing that happened to her. I don't like being that customer but you don't yell at my kids like that nor only show up after calling out for a while to treat us like trash. She shouldn't be working in customer service.

We love this CVS. The people are always so nice and helpful. I can't say enough about how great their pharmacy people are. They are very efficient and always nice. If you take your fur baby with you through the drive-through, he/she might even get a dog biscuit.

Unprofessional!! The guy inside the pharmacy is very obnoxious. He gossiped about customers very loudly saying “…and I told them, I mean I could stab it in your arm if you want”. Thankfully he was not the one who administered my vaccine. As a fellow member of the medical field (a doctor with patients of my own) I would never do such a thing or have someone working for me that does such a thing. I was tempted to cancel my vaccination appointment and book at another location. The lack of poise and professionalism really appalled me!

I purchased an item and as I was walking out noticed it was on sale. I turned around to get the sale price and they refused since I said no for a receipt. Wow!!!

Extremely rude. The blonde guy in the pharmacy window specifically was completely rude. When I asked for the wait time, he said an hour, to which I asked "An hour?" bear in mind, I was not rushing him, nor did I have a tone. I have worked retail before and I genuinely can't bring myself to be that kind of customer. Which, he snapped, "Yes, an hour, do you see the handwriting on this? Sometimes we have to call them. And we're closed at 1:30."Whatever, I can deal with rudeness. What upset me enough to leave a review is that my prescription called for, specifically, non-stick gauze pads. At the time, i didn't realize it was supposed to be nonstick, since the doctor had written "telfa pads". He got me regular gauze, which stuck to my wound and hurt to remove. Then didn't tell me that my prescription wasn't covered until after the wait time. Save your money, go to the publix pharmacy across the street.
