The employee who helped me 4/23/2024 around lunch was so helpful and knowledgeable! I wish I had asked her name. My phone had showed 5 bars but didn't have any data connectivity for several days. I was worried I had overused my plan, or maybe my phone was broken. She checked my plan and confirmed it was unlimited and not showing any errors. She helped do a networks reset on my phone through the settings and it fixed the problem! She was so nice and knowledgeable. Have had no other issues with Cricket service and my unlimited plan is a great price.

Absolutely the worst customer service and making up prices off the top of their head and then trying to justify the cost even though we were quoted a much lower price this place is totally shady

Tatyana is a multi tasking pro! Multiple customers, telephone, she deftly maneuvered with tact. She was helpful and gave us the info we needed (in this case to get the most affordable phone). Thanks for your help!

Got a restraining order for trying to cancel my phone plan. Wish there was negative stars for reviews. Also I was there 5 minutes and they called the police. That's actually a false police report if anyone knows a good lawyer let me know. They didn't wanna lose me as a customer very unprofessional.

I was pretty disappointed with my vusit today. The sales rep was nice and helpful. I was looking at the lg K92 and she gave me a price of $260 including case and screen protector. I remembered from months ago the phone was $150. I thought that was high but maybe I remembered a sale price. The front rep called the back rep out and he started pulling higher numbers out of his head. $280 for the package. I agreed to the $260 with both -then he claims he has to call his manager for approval. Whatever, call them. The manager was reported as saying $260 and if I buy the case or protector they will through in the other. I left, I looked up the phone online it was still $149 for new and existing cricket customers. I called back and politely let them know I didn't appreciate their numbers from thin air tactics. I am glad they didn't agree to their initial terms - I would have seriously overpaid. I will order online for 149 and buy a cheap case and protector for abot $10 each. Theirs was $30 each -yikes! I left wondering if I looked like a s***** coming in somehow.... I felt the whole interaction lacked ethical guidance and a moral compass.
