My husband and I could not recommend this place more highly! David was so generous with his time and vast knowledge to us novices. We would recommend any class here, worth every penny and minute of our 1.5 hour commute!

The classes are superior! Real life training for protection along with great exercise! My nieces took them and helped them to defend themselves. David is a great asset to the Huntsville community!

Extremely pleased with a 2 hour mother-daughter self defense class I did with our Girl Scout Troop! Totally exhausted by the rigorous workout but we both left feeling empowered and confident that the training would help us defend ourselves if we ever had to! I’d highly recommend it!
