Went and got a tire sensor replaced, when we got the car back the wheel was completely torn up and scuffed all over, clear coat was peeling, though on all 3 other wheels they are spotless and have no scratches or anything, they claimed it was just the “one wheel that was peeling” and that it’s not their fault it’s so torn up, which it wasn’t only the clear coat but the wheel itself that was scratched up. They denied responsibility and proceeded to go back inside and not even over a compromise. I have a friend who works at a shop down the road and they said it was because they were in a rush and didn’t properly lube the machine right and it was indeed not the clear coat. Just wanted to post in case anyone else needed to go for their tire. I’m not saying they do bad business but denying responsibility and not even wanting to come to a compromise makes no sense.

I called this location and asked for a quote on the 100k mile service for my specific vehicle. The guy on the phone asked me “what’s included in the 100k mile service?”.. MINDBLOWN! I’ve called around to a few different auto shops in AL and GA and was never asked by the person working there, the one who should be the SME, what’s included in that service.I told him I expected him to know that information. He said he couldn’t give me a quote without my vin number and license plate number…. Again, mindblown!! I’ve never had to give someone all that information for a quote.After this I realized it’s hers I don’t go to this location as it seems some individuals there may not know what they’re doing.

We had a flat tire on I65 today close to Athens Alabama. Put on the donut and drove to Athens. Stopped by Clem Tire and they checked the tire and it had a cut on the side. They had a tire, mounted and balanced it in a timely manner at a fair price. We got back on the road home. Thanks Mathew
