Just FYI this pharmacy began closing for lunch from 1:30-2:00pm. There were no signs to inform people in the drive through. My husband waited 30 minutes in the drive through but didn't make it on time. There were people behind him in line who had also been waiting. There needs to be a sign outside visible to cars waiting in line. Although I guess if it happens to you once you figure it out.

Swapped pharmacies because only a few times of visiting, especially during the pandemic, were staff and (especially pharmacy) pleasant. It's always a feeling of (insert sigh), how can I help you and feeling like you're a burden. Not to mention the way they've handled filling some recent prescriptions and they're always "back ordered" on a certain med yet every other pharmacy in the area has this medication. Idk, I have a feeling there's some dishonesty along the chain somewhere. Anyways, no biggie. There's lots of surrounding pharmacies with pleasant staff willing to go above and beyond.

I moved closer to this Pharmacy so transferred prescriptions from Publix. Poor customer service and my prescription was $28.00 versus $2.80 at Publix ....going back

As a member of the high-risk group for more serious case of COVID-19, safety protocols and minimal time in the store were important to me. After comparing several options I chose CVS. Their website offered appointments (for the stated purpose of minimizing time in the store), and stated that the pharmacist giving the shot would be wearing a face shield, and that the immunization area would be sanitized between patients. When I arrived for the appointment, the pharmacy staff was totally clueless about the online appointment and check-in process, and had not checked the schedule to see if they had any appointments lined up. I had to wait while two other people who were walk-in's received their vaccines first. The immunization area (specifically the chair with arm rests) was not sanitized between patients. The pharmacist did not wear a face shield. Although the pharmacist did change gloves between patients, after putting on fresh gloves prior to administering my shot the pharmacist touched her nose and mask to adjust it so the mask wouldn't fall off. Instead of a five or ten minute experience, I was in the store 45 minutes. All of this was unacceptable and if I had known the protocols were not as advertised, I would not have gone there for my flu shot.

Relatively quick drive thru service. About 20-30 minute wait for 2 prescriptions. My prescriptions were heavily scrutinized by yhr pharmacy technician and then again by the pharmacist. Because the prescriptions were from a doctor/establishment "out of town". I would like to point out that these medications are not controlled/narcotic substances and that "out of town" includes Birmingham, AL (which is an hour and a half from this pharmacy). After 15 minutes of waiting in the drive thru, holding up the line (during which I'm sure the pharmacist called the doctor's office and spoke to the prescriber to verify everything was legitimate) the pharmacy technician returned to the window and told me it'd cost about $18 for both medications and it'd be 20-30 minutes before I could pick them up. All things considered, I'd go here again.

I yie yie. I just called to transfer a prescription from a different CVS. I was on hold for 8 minutes. To top that off, the girl in the pharmacy was very rude and condescending. She spoke down to me the entire call. At the end I told her thank you and she had the nerve to hang up on me. Might be the worst customer service I have ever experienced over the phone. I will go in store to get her name and update my review accordingly. Treating customers like this is unacceptable! I plan on transferring my prescription out of here in 3 months at the next renewal! I refuse to be treated like this. I understand why the yelp reviews are so bad here. They are in fact accurate, unfortunately.

I find the pharmacy staff to be abrupt and unhelpful. In addition, they didn't have most of the doctor ordered serums, so 2 months later I'm still waiting. My insurance gives a big price break to CVS or I would never go there.

So I did not know that pharmacies can be a lot of slower than going to a Mcdonalds at 2 AM. I got sick a few weeks ago and had go get some meds. I decided instead of going inside I would go in the drive-thru. There were only 3 cars ahead of me and it took them 32 minutes for me to get to the window. The lady was nice and for whatever reason it took 12 minutes for them to give me my meds and it wasn't like it wasn't ready since they called and told me it was ready an hour beforehand.
