“I came into the bank wanting to deposit a check with my new married last name because my account still has my maiden name. (I hadn't changed it yet) The rep deposited my check hassle free because I had both ID's. Upon completion he asked if I wanted to go ahead and check in to get my last name changed since I had the required documents. I was kind of in a rush because I left work but he said there was no wait time. He checked me, I sat down and less than 2 mins later a different rep called my name. When I told him why I was there he said he could assist and congratulated me on my marriage. That was really sweet to me because he didn't have to say that. Made me smile! He continued assisting me, changed my last name in the system, got me a new credit and debit card with the name change. I was literally out of there in less than 30 mins! Multiple associates to brag on here, but I will keep it condensed to the branch as a whole. I cash my checks here every week, and finally opened an account due to their friendly service and I am glad I did. “I have had 1 account with Premier for years, & recently moved my business account over there. They have the highest customer service possible, I have never had there a confirmed remote deposit not be deposited (as I have at another bank). They call you if you have a check bounce; who does that? Premier does. They know you by name; I don’t know any other bank that does that. They set up your account & have it up & running the same day. I recommend them with the highest regard.”
