Krystal was very helpful and kind and I appreciate that. I explained my situation about 2 bad duralast alternators from auto zone and how James P. was extremely rude and condescending at the Hughes location and I learned he's the district manager. Also he put it in the system that it was returned instead of exchanged, and now I can't return it since he didn't do his job properly. I'll go to other stores to avoid him. As for the alternators..I have continuity from battery ground to alternator casing so it's grounded. Battery tested good. Battery terminals are free of corrosion as well as all fuses. I have 12 volts at exciter wire but only reading 12.5 volts at alternator. She said they had some problems with a few parts (it happens, I know we import everything for maximum profit!) so hopefully the alternator I get from Decatur tomorrow will be the keeper! I haven't had any issues with my Duralast alternator on my Dodge truck, I might just have bad luck on the Camry.

Went in to get a new tail light and Jason was so helpful! He looked up the part I needed, since I was unsure, and even installed it for me (without me asking!) I always go to auto zone because the employees are always so kind and willing to help with anything I need.

Jeremy is fantastic! Last time I was there he took the time show me where all the things I needed were, and called another AutoZone when they didn’t have something I needed in stock and it was ready for me to pickup minutes later. Jeremy demonstrates the kind of excellent customer service that is so lacking these days, and he has made me into a lifetime customer!

How do I start this. Shreyas is the man. He will get you your parts and will go all out to provide premier customer service. I was trying to find an air filter for my car and he recommended me better air filters than the one I was about to get. P.S they were cheaper! If you go here please ask for Shreyas, he will make sure you leave with a smile and satisfied. Please give this young man a promotion he is very well deserving!!
