Sales person was very unknowledgeable of the products and couldn’t explain to us what the differences between phones were. He stretched and yawned and seemed very inconvenienced by our presence. He changed us to a different plan than the one we specifically said we wanted (we said we wanted to stay on Unlimited Elite and he changed us to Extra even though we specified). Not sure if he was incompetent or malicious but either way it was a terrible experience.Changing this to a higher rating because when we received the bill and went in they were able to help clarify some of the charges. Apparently AT&T automatically enrolls everyone (and charges) for their Next program even if you say you don’t want it and you can’t unenroll unless you’ve had it for 14 days.

Fantasia was fantastic. We added a line and upgraded mine in like 30 minutes. She was very pleasant and extrmeemly knowledgeable.

Fantasia, I hope I spelled her name correctly, was absolutely incredible when assisting my husband and I in getting our new phones. She helped us through the entire process and answered any questions we had. She even went as far as assisting me in getting logged into all accounts over the phone a few days later. I highly recommend requesting her assistance with any support!

Griffin Gunter, has to be one of the best employees I’ve dealt with at an AT&T.My boyfriend’s business account had been hacked, and was all messed up and he took the time to not only fix everything, but make sure the proper channels were taken to fix the fraudulent charges!After all was said and done he got us upgraded to the new iPhone 15 Pro max!!!The team here as a whole is great! They are welcoming, professional, and polite.

Steph at this location was absolutely amazing! I thought switching carriers and buying my spouse a new phone would have me here all day but we were shocked at how smooth and fast everything went. Suggested great add ons as well and helped us get the best deal we could! Thank you Steph for being so patient and helpful with us today!

I was here to post a review about my lovely experience the other day I had in the Madison store and just happened to read some other reviews referencing an encounter with the manager, Griffin. Let me just say this - I was present for this interaction, and these “reviews” could not be further from the truth. From my perspective, 6 feet or so away, it seemed to me that the manager and his associate were trying to accommodate the customers request, but when told the process they would need to complete the request, they became irate, loud, and downright rude - even someone yelling through speakerphone. They ganged up on these employees and even threatened the their job on their way out. My granddaughter currently works in retail at Ulta, so it makes me sensitive to matters like these, especially if she has to deal with entitled customers like this on a daily basis. All this to say, I had a great experience with the manager and his associates. I will definitely be back. Thank you to the Madison AT&T store.

The young lady was rude and I felt rushed like I was inconveniencing her! She gave the correct number for the people that could help, which is the only reason I gave a 3. I was already contemplating ending my service bc the service is just bad in my area but held off because the billing price was ALWAYS consistent and the techs and customer service reps were always nice and accommodating. This lady would be considered the rotten apple of the good bunch and made my decision to switch a easier.

I have never left a bad review anywhere even though I might have had a bad experience, but today at this AT&T store is worth leaving a bad review for. I just wouldn’t want anyone else to experience what myself, my father-in-law, my fiancé, and my step-dad experienced today. To make the long story short, we had to go to a “cooperate store” to transfer our phone plans due to having a business account. All is well when we arrive until we encountered Griffin “The Supervisor” over the AT&T store in front at Clift Farms. He was the most inconsiderate, most unhelpful, and the most uncivil human being I have ever encountered in my lifetime. I was on the phone with my step-dad throughout this process and we politely asked if he could walk us through the process on how to switch my phone number over on our new account that he COULD NOT help us set up and his answer was, “Well, I mean you should know how to do it. It’s not difficult.” Talking to us like we are idiots. We are the CUSTOMERS and he was the SERVER. He should have been able to guide us through this process. He provided a website for me to go to. I go to the website and politely asked where to start. His exact words were, “There should be a button that says “Start my transfer.” and I said “yes there is.” He proceeded to say “Well that looks like the button to push” The fact that he talked to a women like that pushed me over the edge. Going forward about 10 minutes, we decided to deescalate the situation and we were heading out the door as we said that we would be cancelling all our lines and his exact words were, “Well it won’t effect my paycheck none.”He had the WORST attitude I have ever experienced from someone. To me a “supervisor” should be able to handle any kind of customer that walks through that door, with angry customers you should deescalate the situation as soon as you hear it going south. Customer expectations is something I fully believe in, and he didn’t set any expectations for us. I am hoping he will be out of job because I have ready multiple bad reviews with his name in them. Some people don’t have any customer service and Griffin is one of them. I hope he reads this and realizes how rude he was. AT&T, do a better job before promoting someone.
