Fantasia, I hope I spelled her name correctly, was absolutely incredible when assisting my husband and I in getting our new phones. She helped us through the entire process and answered any questions we had. She even went as far as assisting me in getting logged into all accounts over the phone a few days later. I highly recommend requesting her assistance with any support!

Steph at this location was absolutely amazing! I thought switching carriers and buying my spouse a new phone would have me here all day but we were shocked at how smooth and fast everything went. Suggested great add ons as well and helped us get the best deal we could! Thank you Steph for being so patient and helpful with us today!

Waited for 10 minutes and never even spoke to an employee, but they all made eye contact with me. Trash employee service...

Awful service. They tell you to call AT&T. Today the employee was very rude when I asked a simple question. Don't waste your time.

I wish I could give zero stars. I placed an online order, drove all the way just to be met with blank stares about said order. I wasn't given any directions or information on how to continue. The extremely rude worker only said we don't have your order nor that item in stock so I can't help you. Why allow me to order it then email with a confirmation email then. I called another AT&T and was helped immediately but the worker at this location acted as if I was bothering him. So sorry that Im interrupting your day after spending over $1000 on a phone. The worker and everyone in this store on 3/23/22 around 6:15 pm were incompetent, unhelpful, and rude. I for sure will be calling corporate on this store and it's workers. I'm fuming mad.

Shane Turner and Bjarne Borreson. Remember these two names and avoid these guys like the plague. These two so called representative wannebes came into my home, told me what a great company AT&T was and that the would be there for me with all my needs and issues that might arise and they both LIED ! Now they are completely avoiding me and ignoring my texts. Great representatives huh? They should both be FIRED immediately. Every month my bill goes up because they are overcharging me. I signed up for the first year promotion on $89.95 per month TV and internet plus a $10 a month equipment fee and tax which is 5%. This comes to $104.98 The VERY first month they charged me $121.98 and it's seems to go up every month since. This company has the worse customer service EVER. All the customer service agents over the phone are Hispanic and most speak very little or NO ENGLISH. Do NOT do business with these people. Bottom Line. The AT&T company is guilty of FALSE ADVERTISING. From reading the other reviews it looks like my experience isn't ucommon. Their promotions are BOGUS and Shane and Bjarne are just a couple of used car salesmen parading around as competent customer service reps. They SUCK !

The customer service was instant as I came in the door. Christy V. was quick and helpful in setting up internet for our apartment, and also friendly. I also appreciated the deal I got. Hopefully the internet will be good as well!

Went in summer of 2018 to replace a lost flip phone. Was told twice by sale rep and management, there would be no other charges for phone except for cost of phone. With bill in hand I return to store and both employees say they remember telling me about the extra charge. Asked to return phone and penalties were more than extra charge. I almost switched to Verizon, but was not cost effective at the time. Time has past and I am on the lookout for a Verizon plan and phones that suits my family. Lesson is, get it in writing next time. Completely incompetent representatives who can't get the order right, despite kicking it up to the manager, who couldn't get it right either. It is now three months after getting a "great" bundle rate I'm being billed for separate services that are $40+ more than the original agreement. I've spent 5 hours on phone trying to straighten it out, been into the store twice and today am going back in again --- chat line folks are also incapable of fixing anything. So my visit to the store produced this -- I was NEVER entitlted to a bundle because I don't have wireless service with them. So as I said they don't know what they are doing, they "sell" you things you aren't eligible to get. Young woman was very helpful, but another manager, was rude despite him telling me he was trying to help me by reducing my service, and thus my bill. It would have meant switching back to a Satellite Dish which in my experience was horrendous -- out the minute a raindrop fell. So I've wasted about 7 hours now only to learn that my $80 plus bill will now be $125.00 a mere 50+% increase. Unfortunate that this country has only a few provider MONOPOLIES that we must choose between thanks to our elite US leaders/rulers. Reality is they all screw us over and over and there is nothing we can do about it except switch every few years between poor providers. SO sick of the liars, cheaters, and thieves in this country which seem overrun by them.

When you can get help it is wonderful. The catch is that there is usually only one person working. Been waiting over 30 minutes to just pay my bill. Would be helpful if they got a kiosk like the AT&T stores to allow self help options for customers that don't need much help.

I stopped in ATT to exchange an iPhone 7 case a little after 4:30 and guess what, at 6:00, I am still waiting to exchange. They have two representatives helping a customer and another representative helping another customer, all while carrying on lengthy conversations. OMG...I don't even want to exchange my case, they can give me a refund instead!!

Stopped in Yesterday 1/12 to upgrade our Data plan from the 15gb with Rollover to the Unlimited Data Plan. David M was an outstanding sales rep. Made sure my family had the best plan! He was extremely helpful and courteous! I am so glad we made the switch! Right now AT&T is offering customers with DirecTv or Uverse an unlimited Data package (22gb per phone line then the speeds slow) for 60$ package, and 40$ per phone line, the 4th line is free, so for four phones, roughly 180$ a month for 22gb each per line. Can't beat that deal!

I stopped in there recently to activate a refurbished Iphone that I purchased on Ebay. The AT&T Representative I met with seemed disinterested in helping me out. He got me a new sim card but it wouldn't connect to the AT&T network. He told me that I probably just bought a bad phone since I told him I bought it on Ebay. I did call AT&T customer service and they were able to activate the phone in about 10 minutes, but they indicated to me that this should have taken place in the store. The Representative that I met with seemed uninterested in helping me after he found out that I wouldn't be purchasing anything that day.

We recently added a line to our account. The line must have been completely active; my stepson is receiving texts from all sorts of people and places; Sonic, Pizza Hut, even outrageous texts from Redstone Federal Credit Union with information and updates on someone's private accounts. We had to manually cancel all of this. Wouldn't you think a huge company like this would be able to clear the cache before setting up a new line with a new indivitual?
