My latest encounter is when they threw a vinyl record over the gated fence (that's not locked in the slightest) on a rainy day instead of placing it at the front door like they're supposed to. I get it that it's raining and you don't want to get out of your vehicle. But it's also your job. I HEARD that vinyl hit the ground. I just hope that this very limited vinyl isn't broken. I can't replace it.I have had nothing but problems with them being absolutely lazy and careless with packages.

Bless it. This place is the worst. At this point, just shut it down. Ridiculous. They're never open, even if you go at posted "open" times, and depending on the day and the worker you get at the counter (if lucky enough to actually catch one there), you may receive poor and rude service. We now drive over to Robertsdale Post office (a 15 min drive for us) and use their PO boxes. It's a shame too, because that place stays slammed busy!! Prob because everyone that lives in Loxley is also using THEM! Ha!

Delivery service is terrible. Driver is too lazy to take packages to the house claiming that my driveway is inaccessible (despite people being able to get low cars down the drive with no issue). If the package doesn't fit in the mailbox I can expect to have to pick my own package up.

This post office is ridiculous. My husband went Saturday & was there at 10:50am. They close at 11am however they were already closed.Another instance, I go to pick up a package that I've been notified about that's ready for pickup today, 4/29, & the lady was extremely rude.If you don't like your job, get a new one!I've only given this place 1 star because of you don't give any stars, you can't post a review.

The Postmaster is the rudest woman alive and makes no effort to be helpful. I have had two episodes with with carriers. Between stupid carriers that won't or cannot do their job and boss that don't care and Internet's sorry service. Loxley is one of the highest real estate In Baldwin County. I am going to file a complaint with the USPS. I just wonder how many people the Post master has been rude to.

Recently moved into the area and after posting two letters to Verizon and a local utility company, have discovered 4 weeks later that neither have arrived at destination. Definitely wont be using this post office again as they obviously cant be trusted to do the job for which I pay for. Stay away!!!!

Seriously the worst post office of anywhere I have ever lived. We have gone as far as to put arrows on the mailboxes that point at the correct houses and they STILL deliver to the wrong house or just not at all. Once you put a ticket in the package magically appears. Packages also arrive at their office and are sent back out to different incorrect cities instead of being delivered...we literally live a block away. Can see the post office from the house

This location has returned several pieces of our mail as well as our packages,stating "undeliverable as addressed "I assure you they were deliverable and we have had that address since 1988. My wife's grandparents before that. Postal worker nor other has any right to keep our mail from us much less the chain of events this has set in motion.My wife started a new job therefore had new Flex spending cards, new insurance cards etc returned.That is only a small portion of the larger pictureWhere is the postmaster?? Where is the supervision at this branch?It is definitely substandard, and I say that with the fact my grandfather retired from the postal service. It used to actually Mean something when you worked for USPS ..not anymore.

Who can you be to think that on the ground is on my porch. I have rails on the steps to help you get on the porch. If you are not going to be careful with my order, please let me know to make other arrangements.
