If you could give a place zero stars I would give this place one! Me and my family have been at Rehm for years and we use to love them, but when one of there veterinarians left the place went to the ground. The front desk workers are completely and utterly RUDE. When my kitten was having surgery they did it wrong, so had to come back in for another surgery. They did not offer any refunds or discounts even tho they did it wrong in the first place plus the second surgery was more expensive then the first one. They don’t care about you or your pet they just want your payment. When I called to talk to a manger they sent me to a vet tech, then when I told them to call me back when a manger could talk they called me back, but with another vet tech. I’m completely disappointed with this place and I would not trust them with your animals or your time because they will waste it.

I love everyone here! They treat my babies like their own and are awesome with them. My older feline is more difficult, but they handle her well and safely. Thank ya'll so much!
PS.. I forgot to tell you about their medical/sick services. Every time the girls get sick, they get me in there asap to see them!

We started using Rehm when we moved to Loxley almost 8 years ago. The staff has always been so helpful to our furry family members. My kids love talking to the parrot in the lobby.

My 4.8 maltese got into mouse poison they refused to see her I even offered to sit to be worked in . I left with my dog in a very bad state where prognosis wasn’t looking very good . Found another animal hospital to take her and this being on a Saturday and they stated how wrong it was for them not to see my dog exspecially since she got into poison. Will never recommend Rehm to anyone .

Another GREAT experience with with Rehm's! Me and two other people where just waiting and starting talking about our babies and how confident we always felt when we left them in the kennel there. They always take great care of them. Thank you so much. Great people Great Service!

Always a problem with this place. Phones do not work routinely. Front desk will not return calls and is rude. Your pet has a problem and they give you days to come in. Save yourself some sanity and go somewhere else.

Rehm always takes the best care of my animals! I trust them to always do what's best for my dogs and cats. The building is nice, outdoors is nice, and it has grass for potty areas for animals before going into the building. I think the prices are reasonable too.
