This family owned and operated business does nice work where you can get a one-of-a-kind, handmade piece of furniture that's done to your specifications. We'd been shopping for new furniture for our cottage for quite a while when we spotted some pictures of these really attractive custom made chairs. We messaged with some questions and Tony gave a quote. The price was very reasonable so we headed out to meet and discuss our situation. I told him about the dimensions were restricted to and what we wanted and took at tour of his shop. We found a chair and loveseat that he had just finished and with a couple adjustments we decided that we had found just what we were looking for. He offered to deliver it on one of his runs and we had a deal. We had an estimate for l when we'd get them and it was time to wait. We were thinking we'd have enough time to custom paint them in time for some family and friends to arrive but that never happened. The scheduled delivery cane and went and the dance began. Long story short we didn't get for nearly a month after promised and after multiple calls, and estimated times, we eventually rented a truck to pick them up ourselves. It was frustrating, but to be fair, it was a time where hiring and keeping employees was difficult and the only two working was Tony and his Dad, so there's that but it was nonetheless annoying. Bottom line: Tony, the owner, is a personable guy and his furniture and prices are great but if you're in a hurry, beware. I would buy from these guys again as long as I could wait. Drove up here to get our son a bookcase on Christmas Eve. Nice work and pretty reasonably priced for the piece. They have some other nice stuff and build it all right there on site. Right off 59 so convenient. Will look for more in future as they have arbors, swings, grill tables and much more for inside too!

I must say I was very disappointed with Tony. He to,d me he would have a chair ready for me on Monday I drove 60 miles one way to arrive at 2pm in Loxley to be told it was not ready. He promised me he would bring it toPensacola and I could pick it up. I received a call on Wednesday which was my daughter Birthday that his dad cut his arm and he could not deliver but would definitely bring it to me Thursday. Needless to say I have not heard a word from him. I have spoken to several other people who told me they had the same problem. Very sad.
