If I had the opportunity to give fewer stars I would give it, terrible unloading service, inadequate treatment and what I can say as a truck driver that I do not accept anyone.

Appointment was ar 7:00. I was unloaded and leaving the facility by 7:26. Great job by everyone there.

I got a load of 500 miles I arrived the same day at night, delivery for the next day checking 7:30 am, woman 100 educated answered said oops your appointment and for 1 pm, come back 30 minutes before your appointment, in other words dry load live unload there is no one yard in progress, I won't go back to this place again

Drivers must arrive at appointment times. If you experience any attitude from the receiving desk please make a report. They have metal detectors once you enter the door.

Short story. Appt at 1 pm. In at 12:30, dock at 12:35. Unloaded at 2 pm. Long story, first time at location, appt was at 1:00 pm, checked in at 12:30, was given a dock right away. I was in a rush because i had an emergency (tire leaking air), and i had another pick up. Asked good lady Peggy at receiving office if i can get unloaded quickly, she was very kind and understanding to offer me go inside and see if forklift guys need help working on my truck. Stood with the fella just incase i was needed to assist. And got unloaded in 15 minutes. Respectful people and good atmosphere. Indoor clean restroom, good maneuvering space, and good service. Would be back any day. To my fellow truck drivers, theres a LOVES truck stop a block away.

Easy to access… easy to park…..but super slow at unloading ! Literally took them 3 hrs to unload a 1/2 a trailer ! Got there at 6:20 didn’t leave until 9:30

Appointment at 7 got here 645 was told 6 to 8 hours. Pretty much cost me a day of work. Asked my dispatcher to never have me deliver here again. They were polite and told me up front when I arrived, but I was already sitting on the load. It's not like I can take it back. If a company needs 8 hours to unload a truck something is wrong with them. They could have given me a pallet jack and I could have unloaded it faster. Their business practices give no respect to truckers lively hood.
