I had a John Deere 530m that I bought in August of 2023. It was a wonderful mower for the first 39 hours…then it would randomly cut off when mowing. I first took it to Leighton on June 29 (I had already taken it to Trigreen Florence one time earlier…and they did not fix it) to have it checked out.
After three total trips to Trigreen Leighton (with a mower that was not fixed) I was losing patience and not very happy. On the third and last trip, Chris and Derrick informed me that they were going to replace my mower with a new one. I feel like they did not have to do that, but after a month with a mower still not acting right, I’m sure they knew I was aggravated.
So I write this to show my appreciation to Chris, Derrick, and Trigreen of Leighton for taking care of me. It goes to show that if they can’t fix the problem in a timely matter (or fix it at all) they will take care of the customer.

I purchased.
A rake on auction time that was at the deal a ship.It was listed as A VR 2022 and a 2019.
I drove 650 miles From Oklahoma.
When I got there on the plate on the frame of the Rat rake And it is older Day in 2005 when I asked him about it. When I question them They acted like they didn't know much aboutbut
But they make good on it I appreciate.
The way that handle this situation.

Whatever you do, do NOT go there with a gift card. They know equipment for sure and are nice guys. The scene on how to put $2.48 back on a debit card was comical. Full panic mode. One guy had a complete meltdown. I took my other $300 card and purchased the Sthil trimmer at ACE in Ford City. There, I was in and out in 5 minutes.

Great people to deal with can't imagine anyone giving them less than five stars. Carried them my 955 JD with an inoperable PTO and they got it working while it was still on the trailer. Did not charge me a dime. I will use them from now on without fail.

The people at Tri-Green Leighton are outstanding citizens. Im in there quite often and these guys have done nothing but help me get what i needed. The quickest i could. From in person at the counter ,on the phone, even using there personal phones to communicate with there customers. The parts guys deserve a raise due to the number of calls they get from farmers like me. " this sensor on my header, i need the nut behind it and those bushings. For them to understand us and know what where talking about. Well, thats just awesome in my book. Keep up the good work. If you bleed green. Go to Tri-Green Leighton
