“Been with first metro for years on years on years. Havent really had msny issues with them. Only complaint i have is one specific lady idk her name but she acts like shes never had a good day in her life. U can tell she definitely doesnt wanna work and she really dont care. Stopped going to the Cloverdale location cuz she was by far the slowest and most unprofessional person....She ended up being switched to my main bank (hough road) wish something could be done with her. Was in line 30 minutes with only 2 cars ahead and pulled up to the window for her to refuse service cuz it was EXACTLY closing time”
