Shopped there last week and had to do a return. The item I bought was defective so I had to bring it back. The return policy is replacement only. I asked about that when purchasing so I wasn't surprised. The clerk was complimentary so thanks to her the transaction went well. The place is well organized and has a lot of as seen on tv items. Be sure you want something there before buying it because you can not get your money back and you may have to get something just to get your money's worth on the transaction. Also I was told before the purchase that I could not try the product to make sure it worked. That would have prevented a return.

I was out with my friend when it was raining so bad with no umbrellas. So, we were on a mission to find and buy an umbrella to share. The man who helped us, who I believe is the owner, was so incredibly nice and even helped us BOTH get umbrellas! These umbrellas are so pretty, large and they’re super cool! Thank you so much for your kindness to us! It was my first time there but I will definitely come in again ?

I was super excited when I saw this place while walking around the Shoppes at Grand River today. It is advertised as an As Seen On Tv store. But it is far from that. When you walk inside you see a super run down shop, the employees who work here are friendly, but that is the nicest thing I can say about this store. All of the items are very cheap looking and priced either super high or super low. If I were you, I would save your money and go elsewhere for any sort of as seen on tv type items.

I absolutely love this little store! I can stay in there for hours looking around!! They have the coolest stuff and the best presents. And the guy that works there is so nice I always have to chat with him for a bit while I'm there. He's so knowledgeable about everything they carry.
