I absolutely love this place. I work next door but don’t live in the area so a lot of my work i need done is last minute. They have been absolutely amazing, professional, quick and affordable. I’ve had brakes done, battery cable tightened and head light installed.

I rate them above average. I took my truck somewhat unannounced during a busy week for them. They managed to work me in and fixed my issues the best they could (chasing a mysterious electrical problem) plus did some extra things I requested last minute. Customer/business interaction was pleasant and I felt pricing was fair. The technician took a minute (while sitting on top of a diesel engine under the hood of another vehicle) to explain what he did and tested. Who can complain about that!

Lady at the front was very rude. I was on an important phone call and she was on the phone as well and insisted of May you please turn that down it was a snappy turn that down. I didn’t tell you to work where you work do better.

Absolutely fair pricing, and honest about what you need/ don't need to get you back on the road. Highly recommend, I had my car back within a day, and it needed a lot of work.

We broke down on I-20 east of Leeds, AL. Good Sam towed our truck to their repair shop. The family run business, made us feel'at-home' and in good hands. They personally drove us to our hotel and made sure we were ok.
Their professionalism and friendliness was amazing! They kept us informed about what was wrong with the truck, but also helped us get some of our heart meds that we had run out of.
We highly recommend them!!!
