Think it's haunted. Went in and heard voices in the back behind a closed door. I announced myself for help and waited. No one came out. Someone could of come in and got whatever they wanted for free.

I have gone to this location since it first arrived in Leeds. Sadly, the customer service is non existent as of the last few years or so. The one clerk knows nothing about the products they he is selling and is not trying to assist in answering any questions concerning said products or services that are currently being offered. He just wants you to pick and buy. After waiting approximately twenty minutes for him to finish his customers I asked basic questions and was told to go on YouTube for my answers. He kept insisting that since he had the latest and greatest IPhone 15 and it did not do what I was asking that it must not exist. It is not hard to give decent customer service especially when that is your job. If I am going to pay an absorbant amount of money to buy a new device I would like to know its specs without going to YouTube. I also asked about the financing and was told that basically no one will get approved for a $1200 I Phone 15 and I would have to pay the rest out of pocket. He did not inquire if I wanted to see about it after saying that part. Now, I don't really know why he kept pushing the IPhone spill when I told him that I currently do not have and IPhone and that I was looking at all options and it did not have to be an IPhone. This same kid sold me the REVVL6 and told me it had features that it does not have. He was a bit annoyed that I let him know that but that was the main reason that I asked more questions this time around. I wish this store would hire people who are knowledgeable in the products they offer and are willing to assist customers with their needs instead of trying to force their preference of products on the consumer. After today's experience it may be time to finally leave Metro by T-Mobile.

Went in store and had really bad customer service. The boy behind the counter was talking to me like I was a child. When I told him he didn't have to speak to me like that he told me he didn't have to serve me and to get out.

Supposed to open at 9am waited over an hour for store to open. Take in consideration for those to come, make it after noon because clearly they don't believe in being on time. Do better Metro

Young man working the counter helped me change my service to Metro Pcs. He added insurance and some security protection to my account without telling me. Told me he was giving me a "FREE" phone case. When I looked at my receipt when I got home I realized he charged me $22.00 for it. Tried to call but no answer. It was smooth. I bet he gets a lot of extra commission doing rhis to people...this isnt a sales tactic ...it's theft.

I have called for over 30 minutes and still no answer. So I drove to the store and not one customer is in there but the guy is on his phone looking at something and I tried calling from the parking lot and still no answer I mean really. This is ridiculous customer service.
