“Love the staff at this location! Went in looking for a specific bag. They only had the large version in store (I was looking for the small one). They looked online and were unable to order it for me because it was unavailable. Ricky, the sales associate, took my name and number and said he'd look for one and contact me. In a matter of days, he called. The process of purchasing was seamless. He sent the link. I paid. He shipped it same day. I got it within 2 days! Top tier customer service!”

“Arzel and NuWear are the same chain. These stores offer a more upscale line of fashion for your urban male fashion. I find it hard to attain clothe that fit my style but these two stores carry from a basic to a flashy style on dress. Today I purchased vests and pants. They carry the thin leg to the wider leg pants. I found what I needed with no alteration needed. This is one of my go to places when I want new clothes”

“My brother and his family sent my family gifts for Christmas. I have never been inside an Eddie Bauer store before. Not sure if it’s this store or all stores but they do not give store credit. I had a gift receipt but had to browse the store for other merchandise to do an exchange. The women’s side goes up to 2XL but their clothes don’t fit me correctly. Most of the 2XL sizes are extremely short in the arms and torso. Most of their shirts/sweatshirts remind me of cropped shirts which is not a flattering look for me. The store itself is really clean and organized. The employees are friendly too.”
“I was very impressed with this American Eagle location. I was immediately greeted by a staff member when I arrived, was checked on twice as I browsed, had immediate help getting a dressing room (which they were sanitizing after each use), and then had such a pleasant check out experience (not a long wait and engaging team member working the register). I was there maybe 10-15 minutes and in that time 5 team members interacted with me in some way, but never felt overbearing. I was able to purchase two shirts I love on sale which was great! I don't think the prices at this location are really "outlet" prices or any more on sale than a normal store or online even though it is located at the outlet mall (but maybe they just didn't have any extra specials going on the day I went).”
