Shopping in a real store so beats doing online, that most times it's not what it looked like and have to send it back. Store shopping rocks and you get your walking steps in to.”

“I got my ears pierced here by Destiny at the Pinnacle in Trussville yesterday. She was so very kind, welcoming, professional, well-informed, and helpful. Destiny took her time to help me with all of my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed while also being efficient with her time. My husband and I came in to get my ears pierced, but I also ended up getting some hair scrunchies, as well. She didn’t engage in any high-pressure sales tactics, and she was able to provide information about the store’s stock, company promotions, and online offerings. She was able to help multiple customers with their purchases without having any of us feel like we were being ignored. Honestly, these days, it’s rare to come across such wonderful people who are dedicated to providing excellent service in retail or any other service positions that you encounter.
