We stayed here for 1 night. The A/C was broke in our original room. Jessica was quick to respond and moved us to a different room. Everyone was very courteous and professional. Would definitely stay here again.

We were not disappointed with our stay. We used the Hilton App feature and went direct to our room. Beds were comfortable, room was clean... the only thing we wished for was more USB plugs. We really enjoyed this location and will stay again.

Cons at this place- check your bottles that are mounted on the wall in the showers, I had enough conditioner for 3 squirts, body wash might have 3 squirts left in it. This was frustrating. I had to call front desk and let them know, the gentleman was very kind at 830pm to bring us more, and I appreciate that. However whoever is responsible for not doing their duties should be held responsible and this brought to their attention. One other issue was this loud buick car backed up to the pole by our room, to try and use electrical outlet to charge something in his car, when that one didn't work he went all over the parking lot to find one that worked, ask me how I know,lol, the loud car idling outside my room,and he wasnt even a customer, just someone off the street looking for an outlet to charge their phone.Pros- the room was spotless. Linens smelt very fresh. Everything clean. Customer service helpful.

Thank you Lakisha, at the front desk when we checked out, for lighting up the world with your smile! You are a gift to us all ! The rooms were super clean and the staff was excellent. Evan went above and beyond to get us checked in quickly. It is good to see that there is still genuine “service with a smile” . May God bless the employees and this hotel abundantly in 2024. Our first time at this hotel. It was a great experience. Hotel has everything you need: great rooms at great price, parking for trucks pulling trailers, great location, GREAT Customer service, one of the best breakfast choice you can find. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Wonderful location and very friendly staff. Breakfast was lovely. The highlight of our stay was hanging out with Bob the cat and his sister, Drucilla. We made them some shelters for the time being, but it sure would be great if someone could foster them or take them home. If you stand in the parking lot in the morning and call for him, Bob will come running to you. His sister is a bit more shy, but will come near you. If you stay at Hampton Inn, Leeds, please take care of Bob the cat and his sisters. The sweetest kitties you will ever meet! And, if you can, please consider fostering them or adopting them or taking them to a rescue if you are able. They are the stars of Alabama!Nearby activities: Barber motor Speedway within walking distance.Safety: Very safe area.

Although a bit pricey ($200 plus for one night) it was worth it. The staff were excellent, welcoming. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast better than the usual!

Hotels are hotels right?, there supposed to be nice.You already know what your getting when you pay for it.BUT... the crew, the management, the front desk at this Hampton Inn in Leeds is a little different. They make your stay feel at home, like you matter, like your an old friend, like your family.

Definitely up to Hampton Inn standards. I tried the app. The digital key never arrived. Next week I won't fool with the app since I ended up going to the desk anyway. Front desk people were great as was the breakfast. There is a Buc ees about a quarter mile from this location, a real plus.

There were problems there. The room smelled like wet socks. The towels were always damp. The carpet in the room was worn out and dirty looking. The front desk would not accommodate my shorter then planned stay when I had to leave a day early. This hotel is below most Hampton Inn standards.Rooms: Damp room damp towels.

Not in a mean way, but this is perfectly “Hampton Inn.” Simple, clean rooms with no frills. Good service, a very clean outdoor pool, and a few pieces from the nearby Barber museum. Cost effective, with tons of parking.
