“Husband broke down on the 119/280 left turn lane. He called a tow and the Said 90 minutes, I show up to help and I called Murray's in Leeds! 30 minutes, Dane was very thoughtful and concerned about our safety and put us at ease as it was now 8pm and dark. We towed car to the garage Thursday night on labor day weekend. Car needed an alternator and starter, that being said they were very professional about calling, pricing, etc. Car was fixed by Wednesday and they replaced my intake manifold gasket. “I'm very particular about my car, but after read the reviews I decided to give Prime Shine a try. I was NOT disappointed. Kaleb responded promptly to my inquiry. We set a date and he gave me a time and said he would call when they were headed my way. He arrived at the time given. Both Kaleb and Isaiah were very friendly and courteous. They started detailing my car immediately. My white Lexus RX350 is showroom beautiful. Most importantly,they are honest! Several months ago I dropped some cash between the seat and console. They found it while vacuuming and it was laying on the console when I got in my car. Thanks Kaleb. I'll call you in the Fall!”
