“In May of this year I was traveling back home to Missouri from visiting my grandson for his first birthday in Georgia when my Jeep Trailhawk broke down in Leeds, Al. When I called Ron's shop I was greeted by a caring female answering the phone and telling me she would send the tow truck to get me and my car. Ron and his son and crew worked on my car trying to get me back on the road. When the parts needed did not work he made arrangements with his wife and daughter to take me to a hotel and pick me up the next day. They continued to work on my unfortunately not being able to get the parts for my Jeep I had to make other arrangements. However Ron and his family were very kind and caring about me as well as my car. I appreciate how Ron runs his auto shop and I appreciate the ethics he instills at his workplace.
