Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I have worked with boating (David),marine electronics(? name), boating accessories(? name)fishing rods-tackle(Carmen) and new club account (Sarah) and two ladies in rewards and had a very good experience with all.
Joining the Club saved me a considerable amount of money on my purchases and the rewards for joining were very nice and useful.
I have heard from others of the good service Bass Pro Shop provides at other locations to include standing behind their products and I believe I will find that at my local store also.

It is a beautiful store. I’m from Memphis and we also have one there. This location is smaller but it is so beautiful and they have everything that we look for. The painting on the wall is impressive.
