I'm rating a 4 .. The employees act like they don't want to be there . The way you speak to a customer is everything. Meet and greet , smiling and body language is everything in customer service. I'm rating 4 because most of the time the owner deals with my business and he's a very nice person. I always try to go when he's there because I know I will get excellent customer service.
