I love to shop and Kroger but their pick up is not worth the wait. Every time I pick up my order they are always out of something. I never get my full order nor substituted items.

I enjoy shopping at Kroger, in fact it’s the only store that I shop at. Friendly staff with smiles. Pharmacy staff is the best around. Get your Flu shot here, they take good care of you.

Customer service seams to be a joke.. it is no wonder they have had so many management changes Mr Holiday is the code word employees use to give port service
