Sent a message online got a quick response, was told to come at 2 to get an estimate for a repair. Got there and the man that was supposed to make the estimate wasn't there, so someone else took pics of the damage. Then the guy texts and says he's gonna work on it and send it to me that night or in the morning. Next day, after lunch I text and ask if he sent it, I didn't see it. He says no he's working on. No more communication over the entire weekend, I text and call and get no response. He never sent an estimate and stopped responding all together. Very poor service. I finally went to Valley Collision and got an estimate 20 minutes after I showed up.

Ask for Scoota and mention that you read this review on Google from Tibb. He should make the price a little better for you?
