Amazing I have been broke down for two days finally get to AutoZone to get my serpentine belt and it was wrong called talked to Tristan and his manager they fixed the problem and delivered the belt to me . We need more people like them that go out of there way to customers.

The worst customer service I have ever received! Today I entered the place and the two cashiers had an unfriendly face and were RUDE, they didn't even say hello! They are racists! Other than that. They thought it was funny that I asked for a refund of $10 for a piece that didn't work for me "because it was only $10" and not "$100" and they wanted me to leave it to them for their coffee! , one less customer!
