About a week ago, 3/20/24 while playing paper bingo, I was cheated out of $175.00. When the bingo caller call the number that I needed,I yelled bingo. When I approached her to verify my bingo, she did not. She looked at my card and asked me what the marks on the paper card was. I mentioned to her that I highlighted the numbers that I needed. She didnot even verify my card. I know for a fact that many of the player use a light dauber and mark their cards. This has happened to me more than once. Twice, when I won a Main game, ($500) she marked the the prize amount as$100. I called to speak with manager but the number they gave me kept going to voicemail. Riveredge was my favorite place to go since their grand opening. I refuse to be cheated out my money when I win. I hope they fixed the issue with the paper bingo. I am writing this so no other players get cheated out their money too. If the manager go back and check some of the winning games, she will see the marked cards.

Buttons don’t work on the machines Tried to cash out and it wouldn’t. Pressed for service on 2 machines -no one ever came-not busy at all. Not worth it

I only like that if you play online they will pay you direct deposit. However, it took a week to get my money. I like that they also give you play money to play with and Bama Bingo does not.

I wish I could give 5 stars the lady at the online bingo window is very sweet. But after it leaves her getting my money is a whole other story. I have been waiting since April 21st. Everytime I contact them I always get let me check with out team and nothing has been done.
