I stopped by to get a front end alignment and was informed that both my ball joints on both sides, upper and lowers and my rear brake pad's needed replacing. (Yes, looking at a perty penny to say the least.) Julia was VERY knowledgeable and understanding my situation. She was able to get all he needed parts and came in under the estimated time. Total time was 3.5 hours and was going to take about 4.5 -5. They are very kind, professional, and will take the time to explain/show what the repair(s) need.

I started using them just in the last year, and haven't had a bad experience after several visits. They call you by name when you enter and make sure you understand everything and answer all your questions. They give recommendations for your vehicle, but are never pushy. Their service times are pretty quick, also. I'll continue to use them as long as they keep up the great customer service!

Excellent service as always. Had brakes and calipers replaced on my F-250 this time. Scheduled the appointment over the phone, everything was completed at the appointed time, great pricing, friendly staff. Will continue to do business here

Where do I start? I have been going to Tire Pros Killen for almost 8 years. I was always treated fairly and they listened to what I needed . I have purchased 3 set's of tires and countless oil changes from this location with no issues. Even had brakes done on a vehicle.
My latest visit has completely RUINED my opinion of this location and I will NEVER return.
Took my vehicle in for a lift and larger tires to be installed, the tires where purchased at this location.
1. I was charged 4 hours labor for a 2 hour job. Their excuse was I had to pay for the tires to be removed and installed twice. The larger tires did not fit my vehicle.
2. I was charged for an alignment when the vehicle does NOT go down the road straight. I have to hold the wheel at a 10-15 degree angle to go straight.
3. I could not figure out why my vehicle was riding WORSE than ever on the same tires when I dropped it off. There is 50 YES FIFTY pounds of air in my tires making it ride like a cement mixer. The tires are rated at 36lbs.
4. After the brake job on a vehicle they kept my locking lug nuts and put normal ones on the vehicle. Not a deal breaker but shows neglect.
